Go back to your gyno and get on a different pill. Every pill affects every woman differently, so you may just need a different pill. Tell the doc that the pill is causing mood swings and they'll give you something else. It most likely is the pills. I have become increasingly more prone to tears and extreme moods since I've been on the pills. It would be unwise to stop them just for that reason. You should talk to your doctor more about this and they can give you a better view on your situation. Don't just hang around and look to us for advice. We're not professionals. We just kinda know what's going on coz we're there too.
Birth control does release an hormone thats why your having the mood swing, you can ask your doctor to give you a prescription that doesnt cause that but if you truly want to get off it would take just a few days or weeks the most
it will take a period of probably about a week. but i would definitely use another method of birth control if you are sexually active.

What can I do about birth control? (I can't take it b/c of blood clots)?
I am not quite ready for sex yet but when the time comes, I want to know what I can take that doesn't have a risk of blood clots. I have a past with blood clots (i'm only 14) and my doctor said to avoid birth control that might cause blood clots. What else is there?

I'd say the best way for safe sex is a condom if you can't take the pill. Make sure one of you knows how to put it on right. There are other things that you can have surgically put in to your body to prevent pregnancy but at your age just go with the condom. Make sure the guy has a good one, not expired (latex deteriorates). Make sure it's the right side, and if he already put it on the wrong way then use a new one because even if you don't see anything on his penis there is precum that could still get you pregnant. There has to be room at the tip for the ***. Most of all, make sure that you're ready.
Barrier methods - 'dutch cap' - can't for the life of me remember its name duh. old age I guess. Diaphragm.
Condom - ya know - durex / mates or any one of a number of similar products.
There's also the sponge and the 'femidom'
Condoms. When you get into a relationship with someone on a monogamous basis you can use things like a diaphragm - after checking for STDS which you should do regularly. Talk to your ob/gyn for more info.

I'm trying to write a program that can detect perfect numbers, i.e., numbers that are equal to the sum of their divisors. (For example: 6 = 1 + 2 +3.)
It should be able to accept and integer and return the sum of the divisors. I'm going to use % to determine if a number is a perfect divisor.

A/C- heating and Cruise Control not working on 92 Olds Achieve.?
Its a 1992 V4 2.3L Oldsmobile Achieve S. I recently replaced the alternator and after working for two or three days, the A/C-heating and cruise control no longer work. The A/C-heating turns on when the selector is moved from ';off';, but all functions produce the same result: a blowing from all vents, with no heating or cooling effect. The fan speed is still selectable, and when the temperature control moves from cool to warm, it seems to make lose the sound of the compressor. Also, happening at seemingly the same time, all cruise control functions stopped working altogether.

sounds like a vacuum leak, your a/c+heat blend doors and cruise control are run by engine vacuum.A/C- heating and Cruise Control not working on 92 Olds Achieve.?
try checking the anti-freeze coolant level. also it could be a fuse issue. you might also check the serpentine belt, if your alternator went out, it could have been broken/ worn. if someone else put it on, it might not be in alignment to turn your a/c compressor. good luck!
