Copying an error with control c?

when i want to copy my screen and email it, using either outlook or pasting in word, i usually do control C then paste it wherever I want (outlook or word) but it's not copying the images.. any ideas? it use to work before..

The easiest way to copy your whole desktop screen is by pressing the ';Print Screen/SysRq'; button, normally located near your Scroll Lock and Pause/Break keys (top right of the keyboard)





Then open MS paint or Microsoft Word then hit Ctrl+V to paste the picture.





You can also use alt+PrintScreen to capture only the active window and not the whole desktop.Copying an error with control c?
To copy images use CTRL+PRTSCN then open up paint and paste.
Try alt-printscreen.





(Print screen is the button in the top row, near scroll lock and break)





Then open paint and paste.
