There are a variety of reasons that why your friend may have not gotten her period.





1. Have you recently started your period? The first few years your period will not be regular. The first time you got your period, you may get your period again for another year (which was my case)





2. You may be pregnant. Missing / late periods are indicative of a late / missed period.





3. Stress / weight loss / weight gain, your period may be late or non-existant.





4. Your typical cycle may not be regular at all.





5. Antibiotics or other types of medications introduced into your body.

It's okay, I think she should be fine. The pill causes you to have an irregular period cycle. No worries. If she's still worried, take a pregnancy test if that's what she's concerned about.
