Monitor production process including verify in coming material for conformity to specification material requirements. Dimensional inspection on machined parts, stones, chain links must meet blue print requirements, checking plating thickness and brightness, visual inspection for defects for cracks, uneven plating.





Any discrepancies found the Q.C officer must report such discrepancies on a Material Rejection Report and the higher authority would disposition it, either use as is or rework on re-workable defects or scrap this is apply to finished products, during process the operator must submit the first part to the Q.C officer to check for conformity, the operator must correct any defect(s) until it satisfy the QC officer prior to production run.
