the jeeps have issues with the design of their heaters. sounds like your problem is in the heater resistor. you may also have to replace the small chunk of wiring harness to the heater motor also. good luck2004 Jeep Liberty a/c only work on high. have you checked for a vacuum leak yet? check the hoses coming from the back of the control panel, and also make sure they are in the correct order. this could be what makes it only run on high, due to the fact that when on high, all tubes are in use, not just a certain few.2004 Jeep Liberty a/c only work on high. There is a recall out for Libertys for the fan. You might want to check with your dealer.
