Why won't my 2002 grand caravans heat or a/c controls work on the low speeds,they only work on high speed. ?

I turn on the heat or a/c, no air comes out of the vents on the first 3 speeds only on high speed,whats up with that. Why won't my 2002 grand caravans heat or a/c controls work on the low speeds,they only work on high speed. ?
Red is correct, the blower motor resistor has a burned out element. It is located behind your glove compartment (box) and has 2 screws securing it. You will have to get the resistor pack from a dealership and they are about $25. it is the blower motor resistor (about $25) the blower is not bad since it still works on high. the resistor burns out on one side and makes it only work on one or two speeds.
either your vents are stuck or you need a new blower motor
