I take Yaz, but I also take vitamin C on a regular basis and I am thinking about starting to take Valerian for anxiety, but I want to make sure both of these will not interfere with my birth control.Will vitamin C make my Yaz birth control less affective? Will Valerian root make the Yaz less affective?
The Valerian root should not be a problem. But don't recommend extra vitamin C with birth control pills. Also, any antibiotic (prescription) can reduce or eliminate the pills effectiveness.
