After you take treatments for Hep C,what medication do you take to continue to control it?

If your treatment for Hepatitis C (Peg intron and Ribavirin for 6 months in patients with genotype 2/3 and 12 months for patients with genotype 1) is successful....which means that your HCV viral load is undetectable 6 months after your last treatment...then you are a long term viral suppressor and does not require further treatment. You don't need more medication to control it...because you are already cured!After you take treatments for Hep C,what medication do you take to continue to control it?
it is a YEAR post antiviral chemotherapy one can safely say your cured (sustained). NOT 6 months post as this ';supposed'; doctor suggests.

p.s. there are no medications to control it. just stay away from risk factors, eat right and enjoy your new energy levels! :o)
