Recently my speedometer is stuck at 111,999 miles and wont move, its been like that for over a week now. I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX 4DR. I dont know what to do...........My horn, dash lights and cruise control do not work. I just fix the A/C and they still don't work, what to do?

hah well you have an electrical problem and the only thing you CAN do is take it to a shop and get an electrical diagnosis on it...the a/c wont have anything to do with those not working unless you messed with wires and stuff you werent supposed to.
