On the 323i a/c heater control unit?

do i need to replace the whole unit or is this a seperate part that i needOn the 323i a/c heater control unit?
i own a shop,and its cheaper to replace the whole unit,if you try to buy just the one part of it ,they will charge you more for it than the whole thing,and most places wont take this off a good unit anyway ,the only way they will sell it is sell the whole thing,good luck with it.On the 323i a/c heater control unit?
