I have now gone through a couple of control panels and I am at a loss as to why these things just keep on burning up. It is a 1995 Chevy Tahoe, and it is the user control ac switch that keeps on burning up. Someone please help! Either the wiring isn't large enough to hold the amps, the fuse to the control is too large, it is totally the wrong type, the wiring is abrading on something that causes a short. It could be any of these items. Have an auto electronics look at it. Buy your next control from a Chevy dealer.
If the dealer installs it and it fails again, he is responsible for the loss.
THIS COULD ALSO BE A FIRE HAZARD ! ! !
