I have a 94 eagle vision. the power window and a/c control unit don't work..any way to manually raise window

both of them would reset with a key power off and turn on...now that isn't working...the abs light stays on and when i hit the power window button the trac light goes on and offI have a 94 eagle vision. the power window and a/c control unit don't work..any way to manually raise window
you have a short in the ignition wiring look on the steering coloum about 4 to 6 inches from ign. sw.I have a 94 eagle vision. the power window and a/c control unit don't work..any way to manually raise window
